General Hospital spoilers for December 1, 2023, zero in on Brook Lynn, who’s experiencing a panic attack. Where’s this pressure she’s under originating? Tune in to find out.
Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) recently had a big win (read about it here). Her quick thinking helped Gloria (Ellen Travolta) put this Thanksgiving drama to bed. As a result, Uncle Pete’s trombone-playing nephew is headed out on tour with one of the music manager’s clients. Thankfully, a clash with the Russian mob was averted. Then why is Brook Lynn suddenly panicking? Apparently, her feelings of panic stem from family pressure.
Naturally, there are a couple of viable options at play here. Before Grandma Gloria hightailed it out of town, she asked Brook Lynn and Chase (Josh Swickard) when they were getting married. Talk about adding instant pressure — is their relationship ready for the wedded bliss conversation? On the flip side, if the words “family pressure” are being mentioned, that begs another serious question. Is Tracy (Jane Elliot) back? Because if anyone can cause Brook Lynn to panic, it’s her other grandma. In fact, isn’t she expected to return to Monica’s house any day now?
Besties Ava (Maura West) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) constantly trade confessions. After all, they both lead exciting lives chock full of secrets and lies. It’s Ava’s turn to confide in her friend. What will she reveal to Nina this time? Will it have to do with Austin’s murder? Or what she and Austin (Roger Howarth) were up to when he was still alive?

Meanwhile, Kristina (Kate Mansi) consoles Molly (Kristen Vaganos), whose surrogate recently experienced a miscarriage. It’s great that the two patched up their shaky relationship, and Kristina can provide comfort to her sister without it devolving into an argument. On that note, will Kristina tempt fate and offer to be an option since Molly’s determined to find a new surrogate?
Who knew Carly (Laura Wright) would love being the owner of Kelly’s? She’s spending a lot of her time there taking care of her customers and even passed up buying back her half of the Metro Court…for now (remember when she lost it here). Well, look for her to have an interesting encounter there sooner rather than later. Who shows up, and how will this run-in impact her life?
Much like his ex-wife, Sonny (Maurice Benard) also finds himself in an interesting situation that has to do with a proposition. Previously, Dex (Evan Hofer) relayed a mysterious message to his boss; now he’s contemplating a new proposal. Will this involve danger? More importantly, will this proposition cause him to quickly veer into overprotective mode?
