General Hospital Spoilers Weekly Update for March 26-30

General Hospital spoilers (GH) for March 26-30 are here. We had some wild upsets this week, and everything has been upended!

Drew and Franco bonded after being stuck underground together, and only barely escaped before Jim Harvey could have them killed.

Unfortunately, the homecoming wasn’t entirely happy, especially not after Sam confessed to having feelings for Jason.

Another relationship also took some unpleasant turns when Nelle sabotaged Michael’s budding romance with a new nurse, which ultimately prompted Michael to move out of the Quartermaine mansion. At this point, anything could happen. Here are the spoilers!

During a moment of uncharacteristic tenderness, Jason accidentally says too much… but it leads him to grow closer with Sam.

Elsewhere in Port Charles, Peter is plagued by feelings of guilt, and it leads him to take some curious steps. Michael will make some moves of his own… and Sonny is happy to help.
