General Hospital spoilers weekly update for September 28 – October 9, 2020, reveal a plot gone wrong, a painful realization, and a stunning death. It was a short, but impactful week that sets the stage for big drama in the upcoming days.
Robert, Nathan, and Olivia were presented with “proof” that Holly is dead and believed it, but it turned out Holly was really alive and being held captive. It was a game-changing discovery that no one expected. Elsewhere, Alexis (Nancy Grahn) was diagnosed with osteoporosis and Valentin was there for her as a sounding board. She also had Sam and Molly there, but we have no idea where Kristina has been.
Nelle’s body was found at the bottom of the river and Carly finally had to confess to Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) what happened the night she fell from the cliff. They weren’t happy to learn Jax also knew. Without a doubt, it was a dramatic two days and here’s a glimpse of the upcoming week:
