General Hospital spoilers reveal a madman’s fever dreams, worried mothers, dying brides, and so much more. You won’t want ti is a moment of this emotional new episode.
Victor (Charles Shaughnessy) is spiraling out of control as he thinks he finally has what he needs to enact his grand plan to save the world no matter how many people he has to sacrifice. He believes he has all his ducks in a row, but doesn’t realize that Trina is the wild card.
Still, he is all giddy thinking he will finally accomplish what he and Mikkos set out to do over four decades ago, but how will he do it? Well, he finally lays out his grand plan to Liesl (Kathleen Gati), telling her sometimes one must make sacrifices to get what one wants. Yes, we’re sure his plan will be quite a doozy.
Over in Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) stateroom, he and Trina (Tabyana Ali) are ready to put their own plan into action, but it looks like they may be caught before they get the chance.
With Trina nowhere to be found and texts to her not going through, Portia (Brook Kerr) starts freaking out. The grim news from Dante (Dominic Zamrogna) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) doesn’t help. Spencer keeps causing trouble for her daughter, and she warned Trina it would happen again, even if Spencer means no harm.

Curtis (Donnell Turner) is there for his wife to support her, which may or may not mean he is ready to forgive her for 20 years of lying about who Trina’s father might be. Will Trina’s disappearance be the thing that brings Curtis and Portia back together? Curtis has to be the one to forgive, something he is not very good at.
At least there is some good news when it looks like Anna (Finola Hughes) is going to make a full recovery. Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is forever grateful as he happily welcomes her back among the living.
While Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) waits to see if Liesl appears in time to donate her bone marrow and save her sad life, she has another major request. Yep, she is ready for the proverbial deathbed wedding once again, and she wants to do it right then and there before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) does his best to talk to Michael (Chad Duell) about Willow, Nina (Cynthia Watros), and the search for Liesl. He is shocked when Michael actually relents and agrees to hear his estranged father out. Is the cool thawing, and does Michael now realize Sonny isn’t an ogre after all?
