General Hospital spoilers reveal loads of surprises, big admissions, reminiscing, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) have been each other’s rock of late with his problems regarding his quest for Baby Ace and her problems regarding her mother’s big lie. Trina even made the decision to let Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) go free for now to make sure she one day pays if her memories ever do return.
GH spoilers say that Spencer reassures Trina on Thursday, but is he reassuring her that no matter what a DNA test might say, Taggert (Réal Andrews) will always be her dad? Or, is the fact that she now sees Esme living with Spencer and Laura too much for Trina to take? This wasn’t her intention when she asked to have the charges against Esme dropped and is not sure things are going to work out with these living arrangements.
Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) showed just how horrible a person she can be when she used her own son’s death to get Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) to understand why she sold Brando’s garage. Of course, she was also lying because she wasn’t about to let Sasha know she’s been gambling away Sasha’s funds in Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) poker games.

Poor Sasha really thinks Gladys is on her side. She is so grateful for all she thinks she has done for her that Sasha has a surprise in store for her mother-in-law. But first, she freaks Gladys out by telling her that Cody (Josh Kelly) informed her of what Gladys has been going through.
Marshall (Robert Gossett) and Portia (Brook Kerr) meet up and Marshall offers his daughter-in-law some encouraging words because he really wants to keep the peace within his family. Little do they know that Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) are having a peace talk of their own at Charlie’s and wondering what would have happened if they had stayed together.
Finally, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is still reeling from the idea that Gregory (Gregory Harrison) lied to her about his position at Port Charles University and then told her he never wanted to speak to her again when she accused him of being drunk. When an angry Gregory arrives in her office to ask why she can’t leave well enough alone, he also delivers a shocker for Alexis.
Soon, Alexis is shaken by something else that she learns about her new good friend, but will she learn the truth or does Gregory blow up at her again?
