General Hospital spoilers for September 4-7 promise an emotional week in Port Charles of life, death, and sickness, but not much health. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic week.
Baby Drama
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was all set with her best arguments on why Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) are the right parents for ‘Wiley’ but then the birth mother doesn’t show and Diane doesn’t seem to have any answers, leaving Alexis absolutely outraged.
Brad and Lucas are relieved, but Julian (William deVry) knows he did something bad in order to do what he thought was good.
For some reason he turns to Drew (Billy Miller) for help, so let’s see how he fits into this whole scenario.
Later in the week, Julian pushes Brad for answers because there seem to be some holes in his story.
Will Brad fess up that Michael (Chad Duell) and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) are really this infant’s parents? And, if he does, will Julian do anything about it?

Speaking of heartbroken parents, Kim (Tamara Braun) feels helpless when she watches Oscar (Garren Stitt) be wheeled into the ER.

Drew wants to know what the heck is going on with his kid, and Kim has to reveal a shocking secret.
Meanwhile, Joss (Eden McCoy) waits at the park for Oscar and remains hopeful he will show, but when he doesn’t, Cam (Will Lipton) is there to take advantage of the situation.
However, Cam feels horribly guilty when he realizes why Oscar never showed. Later in the week, a distraught Oscar and Joss make a pact.
Spoilers say that Sam (Kelly Monaco) is supportive and Jason (Steve Burton) remains diplomatic. Is Sam there for Drew during this difficult time?
More Loss
Poor Nina (Michelle Stafford) is devastated to learn the mother she pretty much hated is dead.
While they never had a close relationship, Madeline (Donna Mills) was still Nina’s mother and she goes about her duties as a daughter planning a funeral.
Later, Nina gets a crazy idea and Curtis (Donnell Turner) feels galvanized — just as Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is put on notice. Does this all have to do with finding Nina’s alleged daughter?

In other Port Charles news, Ava (Maura West) hopes for the best but prepares for the worst. Also, Chase (Josh Swickard) has good news and Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) surprises Curtis.
