General Hosptial spoilers for Tuesday, May 28 features a day of reckoning in Port Charles as bad guys and not-so-bad guys deal with the consequences of their dangerous actions.
You Go, Ava!
Ava (Maura West) shocked everyone — maybe even herself — when she literally stabbed Ryan (Jon Lindstrom)in the back. Maybe it was what he said to her so smugly — that she loves him.
One thing she did do was make sure not to hit a kidney so Jordan’s life could be saved. However, when Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) wakes, she might not like learning where her kidney actually came from.
Of course, Ava is hauled into the PCPD and Scott warns her she could be looking at a murder charge if Ryan actually dies.
Game Over
The hospital is the scene of even more drama on Tuesday when Sam (Kelly Monaco) confronts Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and assures him everything she did was a game and she won.

He should know she’s quite the con from her days manipulating old men into marrying her, like his father. It’s not a good day for Shiloh.
Neil (Joe Flanigan) is really curious how Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) other daughter fared with her little plan and pays his patient a visit. This prompts Kristina’s (Lexi Ainsworth) guilt as she fesses up to what was in her pledge.
Everyone thinks it’s about Sonny (Maurice Benard), but Alexis is going to get a bit surprise and she’s not going to like it at all.
