General Hospital Spoilers Spec: What If Nina Sees The Necklace With Nelle…And Willow?

General Hospital spoilers show that Nina will say something on the stand in the Wiley custody case when the show returns with new episodes — but what will she say and will it be what she planned?

General Hospital Spoilers Spec: A Courtroom Shocker?

There has to be a reason Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) had such a visceral reaction to seeing Nina with that heart necklace as she barged into the Crimson office in April. That sight meant something to her although at the time she shrugged it off.

What About Willow?

Within days, we were treated to re-created flashbacks of Carly (Laura Wright) and Nelle’s younger life and the time Nelle saw Carly for the first time when Carly paid a visit to Frank Benson. By the end of the flashback episodes, we saw that heart necklace that means so much to Nina (Cynthia Watros) at the bottom of Nelle’s jewelry box. We even saw Nelle hold it as what we assume is a good luck charm when the custody hearing began.

But we never learned why Willow had such a strong reaction to spotting it with Nina. And what if she has the same necklace at the custody hearing as her own good luck charm?

Shocker For Nina

But how could that be? Well, Nina could have given birth to fraternal twin daughters that Madeline gave away — but she made sure each one had a heart necklace before doing so. Maybe they weren’t supposed to be two halves that become one but just a clue about two children out there that belonged to Nina.

And what if she spots both young women holding them on the stand? Will that change everything for her? Will she freeze up? Will she testify for Nelle or will she stammer and stutter so much that her testimony ends up meaning nothing? We guess we’ll have to stay tuned to find out.
