When General Hospital fans first learned Nina’s sad story of being poisoned into a coma while pregnant, losing the baby, then waking up having lost 20 years of her life, there was one thing they were sure of: No way was that baby dead!

General Hospital Spoilers Spec: Round-Up the Usual Suspects

Our first guess for Nina’s missing daughter was Kiki (Hayley Erin). After all, Ava (Maura West) had been sleeping with Nina’s (then-Michelle Stafford) husband. Why shouldn’t she steal the daughter of the man she loved, too?

When that didn’t pan out, Nina (Cynthia Watros) got overly attached to Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). But that turned out to be a con masterminded by Nina’s husband, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart).

Now, it looks like Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is next in line. Who needs DNA when you have matching necklaces! If Nelle does turn out to be Nina’s long-lost daughter, can you imagine what havoc they’ll wreak in Port Charles?

Grandma’s Gambit

First and foremost, Nana Nina is going to help her precious Nelle-kins get her baby back. Nina knows what it’s like to be separated from her child and she won’t let Nelle suffer the same torment. Wiley is as good as home with Nelle already!

Nina and Nelle: Relative Revenge

Next, Nina will help Nelle get revenge on everyone who ever wronged her. Sure, it’s a mighty long list, but if Nina was willing to do anything Sasha wanted to get her to like her, can you imagine how far she’ll go for Nelle?

They’ll take down Michael (Chad Duell) first. That won’t be too challenging. The guy couldn’t even figure it out when Sasha and Chase (Josh Swickard) staged an affair to get Michael to marry Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). He’ll fall for anything.

And then they’ll go after Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright). Who knows, the mother-daughter power duo of Nelle and Nina could finally be the ones to rid Port Charles of the mob for good! General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
