Someone is out to get Nikolas Cassadine and/or his wife, Ava Jerome Cassadine in a very big way. General Hospital spoilers show it’s really taken a toll on Ava, as she is shaking in her stilettos and caving into their demands. The question remains, though, who would want them to suffer like this?

Many theories are being thrown around. Some think it’s really Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) torturing his obsession. A few believe Spencer Cassadine is pulling these pranks. Others even brought up Carly Corinthos (Lauren Wright) because of her hatred for Ava (Maura West), but that cold war has thawed lately. We think we know who it is, though, and it’s none of those players at all.
Revenge Is Sweet For Hayden Barnes
Could it be Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) leading this attack? The last thing she wants is for Nik (Marcus Coloma) to be happy, especially since he ran her out of town and all but forced her to abandon precious Violet (Jophielle Love). No mother would suffer through something so traumatic without wanting payback. The least she can do is ruin his life too.
It had to grind her gears something fierce to know Nik is all about Ava. She was head over heels for him before he faked his death and went off the radar. So, he comes home, turns on her, kicks her out of Port Charles, and gets married to the biggest witch in town? Not without some sort of retribution.

GH Spoilers: A Lot Left To Give
How much lower will Hayden go before revealing herself? She has Ava good and scared enough as it is. She’s given up Avery, broke things off with Nik, and is an emotional mess. She can not take much more stress.
General Hospital spoilers show there is still some fight in Nikolas. If Hayden’s goal is to break him then things may have to get much, much darker. Coming at him from afar was fine and good but playing super dirty means being hands-on.
