General Hospital spoilers reveal the moment we’ve all been waiting for. Ava Jerome is about to get her revenge in true Ava style. This has been coming since November Sweeps, so it will be a great way to wind down May Sweeps.
Ava’s Plan
Ava (Maura West) realizes the way she talked about Kiki (Hayley Erin) convinced Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) killing the girl would be a gift to Ava. Of course, that’s not true, but Ava knew she could use that to manipulate Ryan.
Killing an innocent girl is not the way to give a gift to the girl’s mother, but a man with no human feelings wouldn’t know that. Ava might be flawed, but she’s still human and feels a mother’s love.
As Ryan insists the two of them belong together Ava pulls the trigger, but is she the one to ultimately kill Ryan?
The PCPD was given the orders to shoot if anyone seems in danger and Curtis (Donnell Turner) sure wants the man dead so the doctors can harvest his kidney and give it to Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) before it’s too late. Yes, this story is getting weirder by the minute.
It seems like everyone is on a frantic search. Lulu (Emme Rylan), Laura (Genie Francis), Curtis, and the cops are trying to track down Ryan, but the mobsters are trying to track down Sam (Kelly Monaco) using the DA’s help.
Sam’s Dumb Plan
Yes, Sonny (Maurice Benard) demands that Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) tell him where Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) would have taken Sam, but Jason already knows. It’s the lighthouse where he got that blinding headache the night Drew also had one and ran over Jordan.
Meanwhile, Sam allowed herself to be drugged, which pretty much leaves her willingly helpless with a madman since — we repeat — she allowed herself to be drugged.

Shiloh is certainly obsessed with Sam as he can’t wait to kiss her while she lays there out of it. Will Jason arrive before this entire story goes further south than it’s already gone?
Brad’s Dumb Plan
Brad (Parry Shen) might now realize Dawn Of Day is DOA for him after hearing what Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) had to say.
But he still wonders if he should tell the truth about who Wiley really is. Julian (William deVry) tells him not to even dare.
