The General Hospital spoilers for April 26-30, 2021, tease a medical emergency for Jax, a claim of seeing the dead amongst the living, and so much more.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlight

In a textbook case of wrong place, wrong time, Jax (Ingo Rademacher) is felled by a bullet fired by a would-be robber during Nixon Fall’s annual Firehouse Hoedown. Before he loses consciousness, Jax spots a concerned Sonny (Maurice Benard) hovering over him – an event that’s witnessed by Nina (Cynthia Watros).

Miss Reeves remains at her ex’s hospital bedside until he awakens, and after ascertaining that he is in relatively good health, she begins to interrogate him about who and what he saw.

When Jax makes the claim that Sonny was at the dance, Nina is able to convince him of the contrary. But then, much to her dismay, Smike and Phyllis (Joyce Guy) arrive at the hospital to check on Jax’s condition. Will the past come back to bite her?

Mama Drama

After a particularly enlightening, and mercenary conversation with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart), in which he makes a promise to relinquish control of ELQ after their baby is born, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) frets over where to find a homeless infant.

Enter Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), who confides in her stepdaughter Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) plan to fake Louise’s death in order to keep her away from Peter (Wes Ramsey). Baby jackpot!

Odds and Ends

In other Port Charles news, Sam (Kelly Monaco) arranges a visit for Jason (Steve Burton) with Danny (Porter Fasullo), Laura (Genie Francis) asks after Liz’s (Rebecca Herbst) well-being, and Michael (Chad Duell) tries to assuage Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) guilt.

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) makes the rounds. First, she brings Britt’s (Kelly Thiebaud) loyalty into question, and then she arranges a meeting with Brick (Stephen A. Smith) in order to discuss, amongst other things, the Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) problem.

Also, Josslyn (Eden McCoy), AKA Carly Junior, tells Portia (Brook Kerr) a big ole whopper of a lie, then has a heart-to-heart with Trina (Sydney Mikayla).

Finally, Ava (Maura West) and Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) are at odds, and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is surprised by what she finds at her new job in Pentonville. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
