General Hospital Spoilers: She’s BAAACK! Michael’s Worst Nightmare!

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, October 12 features a day of emotional shocks and dramatic confessions throughout Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

There was no way Michael (Chad Duell) was through with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) forever, especially since their child is still alive although he doesn’t know it. She always rears her pretty face but ugly soul to make him remember his worst mistake.

However, Nelle made mistakes of her own and now it’s time for her to pay for them. Michael and Carly arrive for Nelle’s day in court, but it looks like she’s ready to pull something. Just what will it be?

Michael is certainly nervous because he knows he’s going to see this woman he thought he once loved, but Carly (Laura Wright) is there to reassure him and also spit some venom at Nelle, so this could be good, folks.

Over at Metro Court, Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Sasha bond until Nina does something spoilers say she will regret.

She asks Sasha if she has the other part of that necklace and may not like the answer she gets.

Something tells us she does NOT have it, but will that deter Nina from believing this girl is her daughter? And, does she ask to look for it?

Curtis (Donnell Turner) tells Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) that the ball is now in Sasha’s court, but will she want that ball after her coffee with Nina?

The Davis girls also share a meal, and Sam (Kelly Monaco) wants to talk about anyone but Jason (Steve Burton).

However, Jason and what is going on with Sam’s relationship with him is all Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) seem to want to talk about.

Sadly, the women may be as disappointed as Jason and many fans when they learn Sam is just not ready. Still.

Finally, Aiden looks like he’s having more problems at school and he is ready to tell Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) what’s going on.
