General Hospital spoilers for Friday, March 29 reveal another day of secrets and lies… as well as a whole lot of heartbreak. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
The Truth?
Nina (Michelle Stafford) may hate Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), but she’s all sweetness and light when she’s with Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), the woman she thinks is her daughter.
However, Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) knows very well what Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) did and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is pretty suspicious of it.
Tomorrow, Obrecht gets a bad feeling and tells Valentin she’s sure he hasn’t heeded her warnings.
And Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is still on her quest to get DNA results on Sasha and prove what she knows in her gut to be true.
But will Sasha beat her to it. Her guilt’s been eating away at her and tomorrow she tells Nina she’s not who she thinks she is. (If Nina really has a daughter, maybe we should get to discover who that is.)
Stalked?
The most recent Ryan Chamberlain murders are still taking their toll. Ava (Maura West) continues to receive mysterious phone calls and Julian (William deVry) is worried about her mental health.
He compels her to seek help, but look at what happened the last time she tried to see a therapist, as Ava already pointed out.

Lulu (Emme Rylan) can’t believe her ears when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) tells her he needs to leave again and when she finds out the reason she’s floored. She wonders when she’ll see her husband next.
Off The Hook
Finally, Cameron (Will Lipton) has his day in court, but it looks like it goes well for him as he gets off with only a stern warning.
