General Hospital spoilers for Monday, May 20 reveal a day of drama, intrigue, and even a little song and dance. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
The Cult At The Ball
It’s the Nurses Ball and anything can happen. In fact, anything does happen every year and this year won’t be an exception.
Sam (Kelly Monaco) uses this great cause she touted so much to fulfill her obsession with bringing Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) down. She’s not ready to waste her time here and gets to work telling Shiloh she is ready to finish the initiation — tonight.
Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) and Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) continue their plan of bugging the DOD house. However, everything can come crashing down when Jason gets a frantic phone call.
Back at the ball, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is trying to enjoy herself with Chase (Josh Swickard), despite just losing her job. However, Shiloh being there ruins everything.
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) gets word of this cult thanks to Peter (Wes Ramsey) telling her about Molly’s (Haley Pullos) article pitch. When she meets Shiloh and learns of the name “Dawn of Day” she tells him exactly what she thinks of such a title.
Proposal Confusion
Things get much more confusing for Anna (Finola Hughes) as she tells Robert (Tristan Rogers) she’s with Finn (Michael Easton) in an effort to let him down easy. However, Robert is now also confused and tells Anna he has no idea why she’s telling him this.
Perhaps Sonny (Maurice Benard) realizes where Mike’s (Max Gail) engagement ring actually came from because spoilers say Sonny smooths things over with this father.

Lucy’s hotel room caper doesn’t turn out quite the way she planned it when Ava (Maura West) doesn’t seem to care that she’s with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) in her underwear.
Besides, Ava tried this little trick last year with Griffin (Matt Cohen), Sasha (Sofia Mattsson), and Kiki (Hayley Erin) so she knows how it all works. It even looks like the same room.
Downstairs, it looks like the nurses are getting ready for that opening number that shows just how multi-talented they really are.
