General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, April 24 reveal a day of confrontations, confessions, and BIG decisions. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

Hey, Did You Know There’s A Cult In Port Charles?
Sam (Kelly Monaco) seems to be just going with the flow with her quest to bring down Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin), but sometimes going with the flow can get you in a lot of trouble.

When a man is half naked and asking you to do the same in a strange attic room, perhaps just making sure Jason (Steve Burton) can hear it all through the cell phone is not the best answer.

Spoilers do say that Sam is interrupted and that’s probably a very good thing. Was Shiloh just testing her or did he actually think he was going to get Sam into bed?

Meanwhile, Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) places an SOS call to Valerie and now the cop KNOWS there’s something more to Molly’s story. Of course, she doesn’t know the half of it.

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) realizes Kristina placed a call and angrily demands her daughter tell her who she dialed. Kristina is as unreceptive to the demand as expected.

Later, Neil (Joe Flanigan) has to be there to comfort Alexis as she knows she said and did all the wrong things, but that sometimes happens when you see your children making an unbelievably huge mistake.

Speaking of children, it turns out Harmony (Inga Cadranel) has no issue at all bringing them into the Dawn of Day life. In fact, she brought one of her own into it. Yes, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is Harmony’s daughter and tomorrow she will make her mother answer for a few things.

Then Willow tells a few lies. We assume she doesn’t mention anything about a baby but does she lie to Harmony, Michael, or Chase?

As for Michael (Chad Duell) and Chase (Josh Swickard), they continue their meeting at The Floating Rib and Chase knows what the Corinthos Clan has been up to.

Since he’s a cop, he wishes Michael had followed the law with this and tells Michael bringing down Shiloh will now be harder than ever.

No mind, Chase. Sonny (Maurice Benard) has the ultimate solution as he always does. He and Jason debate the next move and Sonny decides to ‘eliminate’ the problem.

And believe it or not, there’s a story that doesn’t involve the cult in Port Charles. There’s also a 25-year-old serial killing story that came back to bite us in 2018.

Well, that killer’s victims get together and decide to bring him down themselves. Who needs Sonny when you have Ava (Maura West), Laura (Genie Francis), and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom)? And Felicia (Kristina Wagner), too? Can we keep Felicia?
