General Hospital spoilers for Monday, April 15 reveal the day off from the cult is over as Monday it’s back with full force. Kristina is still ‘missing’ and Sam’s still playing her game… but there’s a twist.
Where’s Kristina?
Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) just wanted to assume that Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) ran away with no foul play and he can convince her to come back. However, Sam (Kelly Monaco) manipulates the situation to throw a little fear into Shiloh.
Of course, this is all part of her cover to get Shiloh to trust her more than anyone before she pounces.
However, Shiloh does start realizing something is up when he visits one of his newest followers.
While talking to Brad (Parry Shen) at the hospital, he sees him holding the cup Harmony insists is missing and wonders how he got it.
Well, Jason (Steve Burton) does say he’s working all angles and one of those angles is having the cup tested to see just what Kristina ingested. And Brad is a lab tech, so…
Willow’s Story
Meanwhile, Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) now knows she needs to tell Michael (Chad Duell) everything because she can’t let his sister go through what she did.
When Michael hears what Willow has to say, spoilers reveal that he puts two and two together. But what exactly does he get?

Cassadine Problems
The saga of Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina (Michelle Stafford) continues as Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) thinks he can use Nina’s good senses to save her from her ex-husband/current fiance.
Spencer tells Nina that Valentin is blackmailing him, but spoilers say his little plan backfires in his face.
Valentin definitely believes he may be in legal trouble again now that he’s turning to Nora for help. And she didn’t think she’d have to commute between Llanview and Port Charles anymore.
