General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, April 18 reveal a day of fear and heartbreak throughout Port Charles. Sam is in a lot more trouble than she bargained for. How will she get out of it?
Cult Troubles Ahead
Sam (Kelly Monaco) thinks she has Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) wrapped around her little finger, and she just might. That also might be a bad thing.
He wants to trust her and believe she can become one of his minions and refuses to believe Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) would just leave on her own. (And, of course, he’s right.)
Now Shiloh wants Sam to get closer to Jason (which she already is) to see if she can figure out where he took Kristina. And, he wants to play the ‘con’ with her. Does he not trust her or does he really think he can help?
Meanwhile, Sonny is now in legal fear again after what Michael told him about the trust offering all members have to give before becoming a true Dawn of Day follower.
He doesn’t think Kristina would have told Shiloh anything about anyone else because apparently it’s all about Sonny.
Over at the safe house, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Neil (Joe Flanigan) discuss his experience with cults and she begins to realize it’s a personal one. Oh, Neil, do you have a wife and daughter we know?
Alexis also learns a few things about how Kristina was paying for all these classes… and she’s absolutely furious at Julian (William deVry).

In non-cult news, it looks like the boy who refuses to die is out of the hospital and at the Q mansion. He asks Ned (Wally Kurth) and Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) for a favor and Josslyn (Eden McCoy) really, really wants to know what it is. (Like mother, like daughter.)
Anna’s Insanity
Finally, Anna (Finola Hughes) is still obsessing over the thought that Robin (Kimberly McCullough) could be Alex’s daughter and not hers. In fact, she even wants to tell her what she suspects.
Finn (Michael Easton) is pretty taken aback by the idea (as we think Robert would be too) and asks her if Robin really needs to need this if there’s a pretty decent chance it’s just not true. (Or the GH fandom will revolt forever…Also, PETER!)
