General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, January 23 promise a day of danger and suspense in Port Charles.
All For Oscar
Jason (Steve Burton) will do anything for Carly (Laura Wright) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) will do anything for Jason, so now Jason is down in the catacombs where the floor is about to give and he’s laying unconscious.
Miraculously, he seems to be ok, but he’s still down there. Sam calls to speed up the first responders, but they’ve taken their time so far, so will her call do any good?
Spoilers say Sam is the one who’s forced to try to pull Jason out of this situation herself. Those two teens better try to live the end of Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) life in a less dangerous way for others.
To Catch A Killer
Elsewhere, news spreads about Lulu (Emme Rylan), but does it spread to the right people.

Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) doesn’t understand why her mother hasn’t come to get her and Laura (Genie Francis) is forced to comfort her granddaughter when she hears the truth.
Laura also demands that the PCPD get on this and find this serial killer already as Lulu’s life hangs in the balance. Since Laura is mayor now, we guess she has this authority.
Ava (Maura West) is at the hospital looking after ‘Kevin’ (Jon Lindstrom) when he finally comes to. However, she’s quite confused when he’s disoriented but is sure Lulu must be dead.
