General Hospital spoilers for March 4-8 promise a week of shock and suspense as Ryan’s reign of terror seems to be coming to an end… but not without some very big costs. You won’t want to miss a moment of these edge-of-your-seat episodes.
Escaping Ferncliff Again
Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura (Genie Francis) remain trapped in Ferncliff’s basement, but they discover a secret passageway that could become their ticket to freedom.
However, things look perilous for the pair and Kevin fears only one of them to make it. Of course, Kevin wants that someone to be Laura.
By the end of the week, it finally looks like they’ll be able to escape after Kevin maps out the perfect plan.
Ava And Carly… OK, Ferncliff
Meanwhile, Ava (Maura West) has no idea why ‘Kevin’ has decided they need to skip town right away, so they go on the run. They make it to the Canadian border to wed where Ava has hope for the future.
Still, she also has no clue that Carly (Laura Wright) is now locked in the trunk of the car. A pregnant Carly. This can get real bad.
Oh, Now It Makes Sense
At least Port Charles now realizes what the heck is going on and Chase (Josh Swickard) is on the chase for Ryan Chamberlain.
Even Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) now knows what Franco (Roger Howarth) was up to, but she’s not too happy about it.

Cult Classics
Jason (Steve Burton) is a very, very busy boy next week as he has to track down Carly and deal with Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) cult mess.
While Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) is happy with the attention Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) shows her, Sam now brings some interesting facts to her sister’s attention.
Teen Scene
The PC teens also get themselves in some trouble on their trip to Niagara Falls. Kim (Tamara Braun) gets an alarming phone call as Cameron (Will Lipton) is put on the spot.
Odds And Ends
In other Port Charles news, Anna (Finola Hughes) becomes suspicious, Sonny (Maurice Benard) receives an ominous message, and Julian (William deVry) puts Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) through the wringer.
