General Hospital spoilers reveal the end of Kim Nero. Nope, she’s not going to die, but it does look like she will quietly leave town after being rejected by Franco, who in her mind is Drew.

But Kim (Tamara Braun) hasn’t seemed like the quiet type all this time as she’s barreled her way through Port Charles claiming she’s the victim no matter how many mistakes she’s made. From keeping the truth about Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) illness from him so she could keep them both living in a delusional world to attempting to sexually assault the actual Drew (Billy Miller) so she could create a new Oscar.
Hey, ‘Charlie’ had already turned her down, so why not? When that didn’t work, she took her next best Drew opportunity — Drew’s memories implanted in Franco — and slept with him. We predicted she’d become pregnant because becoming pregnant was her obsession. Then, we learned Tamara Braun was being written off the show.
She’ll Be Back
Still, this is a soap and if a character slinks out of town, they can always slink right back in with a surprise. Hayden (Rebecca Budig) just did so with Violet, but at least we knew that was coming because we knew Hayden was pregnant when she left town.

Soap Hub predicts we won’t know Kim is carrying a child. Even Kim might not know. But when she finds out we bet she will first keep that baby to herself like she did with Oscar but then decide to use him to her advantage. (Yes, it HAS to be a boy because she needed another Oscar, right?)
We really can’t believe that all Kim has gone through to keep her delusional world in place and claim Franco (Roger Howarth) as Drew that she’d give up that easy. Sure, ‘Dranco’ is about to break her heart and Kim might seem like she’s given up, but don’t count her out yet once she learns she got what she wanted after all.
