Breaking General Hospital spoilers for August 8-12 promise a week of shocking surprises and family reunions some Port Charles residents never expected.
Familiar Faces
Jason (Billy Miller) learns how close Liz (Rebecca Herbst) has become with Franco (Roger Howarth) and has a bone to pick about it. She tells him to back off just as he learns he should focus more on Sam. She experiences more fainting spells and heads to the hospital for some tests where she sees a familiar but not familiar face. Hello, Hamilton Finn!
Hayden (Rebecca Budig) has quite a week when she first learns what happened to Nikolas. She takes Lulu’s word for it and believes her husband is dead. She also grows closer to Finn (Michael Easton) as he confides in his newfound friend.

It’s also celebration time in Port Charles as Carly (Laura Wright) tries to keep the peace and throw a party for her mom. What nobody expects is a mysterious woman to show up at the party that sends some Spencer women into shock.
Ava’s Plan Didn’t Work
Ava (Maura West) is surprised to learn about Kiki’s love life when she returns home. She’s also taken aback when Kiki (Hayley Erin) tells her mom to stay out of her business. Morgan (Bryan Craig) later confronts Ava and she doesn’t want to hear it. However, Ava may find a friend when she and Laura share an unexpected bond.

Julian (William deVry) is shocked when Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) actually asks for help. While Kristina issues an apology to one person, she finds herself furious with her mother.
In other Port Charles news, Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) makes Andre (Anthony Montgomery) an offer, Finn makes a serious accusation, and Obrecht defends Liz.
