The General Hospital spoilers for November 18-22 reveal a medical diagnosis, some harsh realities for the Corinthos family, cracks forming in Anna and Finn’s relationship, and a whole host of exciting moments.
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Following a brainstorm courtesy of TJ (Tajh Bellow), Finn (Michael Easton) discovers the cause of Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) illness — ingestion of thallium AKA rat poison!
Alexis is at an utter loss as to how she could consume enough of the toxic substance to make her ill and yet not realize that she was indeed taking it. And she’s even more shocked when Finn suggests that someone was deliberately introducing the poison into either her food or water.
Try as she might, Alexis just can’t come up with a viable suspect though Neil (Joe Flanigan) will begin to grow suspicious of Kendra (Michelle Argyris) — the overly friendly fitness instructor — when he has a chat with her about Alexis and her condition. But will the good doctor be able to figure out Kendra is indeed the guilty party?

Unpleasant Updates: Sonny and Carly
Spoilers reveal that Sonny (Maurice Benard) and company will be forced to come to terms with a family matter and that apparently involves Mike (Max Gail), whom Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) has an update on and who Carly (Laura Wright) notices a difference in.

Next week, Finn makes it crystal clear that he is committed to being a part of Violet’s life, which is bad news for Anna (Finola Hughes) who doesn’t trust Hayden (Rebecca Budig) one bit.
