General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Sam (Kelly Monaco) knows something strange is going on with Cassandra (Jessica Tuck), but she’ll never guess what it is. The idea that her cousin Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) is alive and working with this woman has never crossed her mind.
However, as she watches Cassandra outside in the park, she sees something unexpected. Cassandra is acting worried and scared. Either Nik is doing what she demanded or she’s in bigger trouble than she thought.
Sam asks her if she thinks one of her enemies might come and get her, but something tells us Cassandra is going to take Sam with her wherever she decides to go. That cannot be good at all.

Jax Has Problems
As for Nikolas, he has to assure Jax that nobody will recognize him. It looks like Nik is going to go for another outing and might get himself in trouble.
Jax (Ingo Rademacher) also has to deal with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) as she begs to move in. There’s no way he can have that happen with Nikolas living with him and calls Carly (Laura Wright) over fast to nip this in the bud.
