General Hospital spoilers for September 17-21 promise a heartbreaking and heart-racing week in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of these edge-of-your-seat episodes.
A Dying Son
Kim (Tamara Braun) and Drew (Billy Miller) remain at odds over whether to tell Oscar (Garren Stitt) the truth about his illness, but Oscar begins to suspect something is wrong.
His parents are acting weirder than ever and he thinks Sam (Kelly Monaco) might have some answers. Although Sam is desperate to tell him what’s going on, she knows it’s not her place and keeps mum.
When she later promises to be there for Drew through Oscar’s ordeal, he rejected her. Sam later ended up counseling Jason (Steve Burton) about his own problems.
Kim, on the other hand, doesn’t even want to talk to Julian.
Meanwhile, Oscar also has issues with Josslyn (Eden McCoy), but she does apologize for not telling him about the Cameron kiss.
As for Cam (Will Lipton), he lies to his mother once again and then Liz demands an apology. Later in the week, Cameron and Oscar come to blows again as Drew puts Kim on the spot.
New Beginnings?
Anna (Finola Huhes) continues coming to terms with the revelations and the actions of the last year of her life.
Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Anna (Finola Hughes) somehow come full circle as Robin puts things in perspective before leaving town again.

Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) continues trying to fool Port Charles into believing he’s really Kevin.
He pulled one on over on intrepid reporter, Lulu (Emme Rylan), and even fools Franco (Roger Howarth). But, he has a big test this week when he has to make Lucy (Lynn Herring) believe he’s her ‘doc’.
Suspicions?
Lucas (Ryan Carnes) doesn’t seem to have an easy week when he receives both an update and worrisome information. Does he begin to finally suspect something is up with ‘Wiley’?
Mob Family Problems
Finally, the Corinthos clan deals with their day-to-day issues a Carly (Laura Wright) is desperate to help Michael (Chad Duell), and Mike (Max Gail) surprises Sonny (Maurice Benard), who feigns ignorance.
