General Hospital spoilers reveal a week of suspense and surprises in Port Charles — as well as ultimate heartbreak.

Terry (Cassandra James) has to deliver the bad news that Oscar’s (Garren Stitt) tumor started growing again and the teen wonders how much time he has left to live — and is determined to do as much with that time as possible.

Plus, things look like they’re going from bad to worse for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) as she seems to realize she’s not as hidden as she thinks. Can Chase (Josh Swickard) save her?

It also looks like it’s pretty hard for Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) to get his life back after Ryan walked around town murdering people and masquerading as him for all those months.

Finally, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) has to make a fateful decision that can change the course of everything in the Corinthos family.
