General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, January 28, 2021, reveal a necklace debut on GMA3, a possible crime at GH, and a killer sister/brother showdown. You won’t want to miss a moment of this suspense-filled new episode.
After making her own debut wearing the half-heart necklace on GMA3, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) ignites panic on the set — especially Carly’s panic. Nina rushes to the set to confront Sasha on why she’s wearing the infamous lost daughter’s necklace, never realizing it was a good luck charm from Avery.
Sasha didn’t even seem to notice she was given the necklace Nina once wanted her to wear, but we’re sure it soon dawns on her. Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) goes into a loses it as Carly tends to do demands that Lucy stop the taping. Is this finally the end of Necklacegate?
Chase (Josh Swickard) is called to investigate a possible crime at the hospital and questions Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who is reeling over the news that Franco’s (Roger Howarth) tumor is back. Fearing for her family’s safety and drinking again right before she heard the news, Alexis does something she regrets, but will Franco be the one to pay the price?
After all the phone alerts went off with The Intruder’s story, most of Franco’s previous victims are still at the hospital after questioning Elizabeth over her husband’s diagnosis. We know that Alexis was holding a syringe…is that why the police arrive?
Peter (Wes Ramsey) delivered an icy warning to Britt about what will happen if she comes between him, Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and his family, which propels Jason (Steve Burton) to defend her. After Franco took his best shot at Peter, will Jason be next and more successful at taking Peter out?
Britt is left with eyes wide open as to who Peter really is, which now adds her to the list of her brother’s mounting enemies.
After Jason and Carly share a heart-to-heart about making it clear that Jason is taking over for Sonny’s mob life, Carly isn’t quite sure she’s ready to step aside. After all, she masterminded the kidnapping of Cyrus’s (Jeff Kober) mom to put him in his place and appears to really enjoy her decision to finally strike back.
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is right there ready to sound the alarm that Carly’s already making reckless decisions and that Jax (Ingo Rademacher) needs to step in. This, of course, masterfully plays into Valentin’s overall strategy to win Nina back and away from Jax. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
