The General Hospital spoilers for January 27-31, 2020, reveal danger lurking in both Port Charles and Brooklyn, Lulu putting her foot down, Jax and Nina getting too close for Valentin’s comfort, and Michael making an important declaration.
The long-simmering turf war between Sonny (Maurice Benard) and a mystery malefactor reaches a fevered pitch this week and, once the smoke clears, it just might claim a few innocent bystanders.
It begins with Michael — fresh off trying to push Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) away for “her own good” and blurting out that he loves her — running into Josslyn (Eden McCoy) on one of the city’s many crime-infested piers.
The siblings discuss Nelle (Chloe Lanier) — who is NEVER going to let Joss forget they have a kidney in common — and the danger she poses to Wiley. After their talk, the two head over to Sonny’s coffee warehouse where they are joined by Laura (Genie Francis), a tour-conducting Carly (Laura Wright), and visiting Chase (Josh Swickard).
Within minutes of getting settled, Joss spots a shady character brandishing a gun and is forced to shout a warning. Bullets begin to fly and by the time the evil-doer is subdued, it becomes clear that Laura is in dire straits…
Meanwhile, a parallel incident finds Sonny, Jason (Steve Burton), and Mike (Max Gail) coming under fire while picking up some breakfast at a Brooklyn-based eatery. It appears that Jason has the situation in hand, but will Sonny be able to keep his dad out of harm’s way?
As he is unaccustomed to being on the receiving end of a threat, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) finds Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) bid for sole custody — and a restraining order barring him from seeing Charlotte (Scarlet Fernandez) — a bit disconcerting.
But there’s another fly in the proverbial ointment that Valentin is going to have to try and swat. While he’s been quietly stewing in a jail cell, Nina (Cynthia Watros) has been engaging in some serious …continue reading on the next page —>
But there’s another fly in the proverbial ointment that Valentin is going to have to try and swat. While he’s been quietly stewing in a jail cell, Nina (Cynthia Watros) has been engaging in some serious single lady behavior that includes sharing a smooch or two with a certain hunky Aussie businessman.
Rattled after his encounter with Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel), Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) turns to Ava (Maura West) and thanks her for trying to mend the rift. In recompense, he agrees to sign the post-nuptial agreement she had drawn up — but on the condition that he gets to add an addendum.
Ava relents, and finds out that her new husband wants her to remain chaste for the duration of their marriage!
