The General Hospital spoilers for March 2-6, 2020 reveal Laura exercising her authority, Peter continuing to be a stranger to the whole truth, and much more.
In the wake of yet another shootout in yet another warehouse, clogging up the ER with multiple casualties. Might Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Taggert (Real Andrews) be among the injured? Mayor Collins (Genie Francis) reaffirms her commitment to keeping her constituents safe.
To further that goal, she arranges for a face to face with an imprisoned Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), but don’t expect Laura to wilt like a shrinking violet. This isn’t her first time at the evil mobster rodeo. Frank Smith anyone?
And as the town’s tip-top authority, Laura has a special power that might insure the villain’s downfall — the ability to strongly advocate for his transfer to solitary. What warden is going to tell the mayor no?
Peter (Wes Ramsey) decides to come somewhat clean with Maxie (Kristen Storms) by telling her about Jason (Steve Burton) and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) belief that he is the person responsible for Drew’s (Billy Miller) murder and the near assassination of Franco (Roger Howarth) and Andre (Anthony Montgomery).
He also tells her the reason behind Finn’s (Michael Easton) sudden decampment to the Metro Court. And Maxie eats it all up — she even thanks him for his honesty! With his conscience sort of cleared, Peter sets about on his second mission: find a patsy who will take the fall for every crime he is guilty of.
The identity of the sacrificial lamb isn’t officially known but is it possible that it’s his old, sworn enemy Liesl Obrecht, whom spoilers have being pressed for information by Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) and being cornered by Anna (Finola Hughes).

In other Port Charles news, Ava (Maura West) visits Elizabeth (Rebecca Budig) — no doubt to gauge the woman’s current opinion on Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) and try her hand at smoothing the waters. Besides, how can she trick the two into sleeping with one another if they’re not getting along?
Meanwhile, in the wake of Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) inability to face reality, Chase (Josh Swickard) turns to Michael (Chad Duell) for advice, which might not be the best idea seeing as how the young man is seeking his own measure of comfort from Ned (Wally Kurth).
Finally, Finn continues on his journey of fatherhood, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) becomes over-anxious, and an advice-giving Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) — she really has to stop doing that — has yet another awkward encounter with Neil (Joe Flanigan). General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
