General Hospital Spoilers: The Last Days Of Oscar Nero Quartermaine

General Hospital spoilers for April 29-May 3 reveal Oscar’s final days with his family and friends… and the girl he loves so much. Get your tissues ready for a heartbreaking week.

A Dying Teen
Everyone Oscar (Garren Stitt) loves knows in their hearts it’s his final hours on Earth and they have to contend with that fact and accept it. However, it’s never easy to watch a 16-year-old boy die.

Julian (William deVry) is there for Kim (Tamara Braun), but he also knows she needs to spend more time with Drew (Billy Miller) now so Oscar can have his parents by his side.

Oscar’s friends and extended family are also having a hard time as Trina supports Cameron (Will Lipton), Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) reminisces about her own sons, and Ned (Wally Kurth) makes sure Monica (Leslie Charleson) is ok.

Of course, the one person this seems to affect more than anyone else is Josslyn (Eden McCoy). She still thinks he can hold on until the Nurses Ball, but even Oscar knows that’s not going to be.

Joss remains by Oscar’s bedridden side in the Q mansion and doesn’t have it in her to let go. it’s harder than anyone imagined and she refuses to leave for even a minute. Will it be Oscar who brings her to a quiet acceptance?

Cutting Through The Cult
And, of course, there’s Dawn of Day with Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) still suspicious of Jason (Steve Burton) and demanding answers.

He also pays Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) another visit, which makes her more determined than ever to speak to Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth).

Sam (Kelly Monaco) is almost as obsessed with this cult as Kristina but in a different way. She has a one-track mind — bring Shiloh down and is willing to do anything to do it. And By anything, it looks like she is going to agree to Shiloh’s ritual ceremony. Uh-oh!

Kristina remains resistant to her family’s pleas and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) turns to Neil (Joe Flanigan) for advice and comfort again. But, she somehow manages to spend time with an old friend to share some laughs.

Still, Chase (Josh Swickard) and Valerie (Paulina Bugembe) are determined to find out what happened to her as Alexis manages to give Val the slip.

Willow’s life becomes more complicated as she has a run-in with Julian. She wants to reach Kristina, but keeps lying to Chase. And she also has to deal with school issues and lying to her mother. What a week, Willow!

The Ryan Plot
The plan to smoke out Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) gets underway and Lucy (Lynn Herring) is appalled when she realizes something strange is going on. Meanwhile, Ava (Maura West) receives a mysterious phone call
