General Hospital spoilers for Monday, July 15, focus on success, more secrets, and… what in the world is Drew doing in the hot seat?
Anna (Finola Hughes) really is riding a very thin line between love and lockup. Not that she’d be the one going to prison. But she may send Valentin (James Patrick Stuart — who recently experienced a deep loss) there. And he’s just digging a hole by asking her to exit Port Charles and run away with him.
Needless to say, the good guys in this Pikeman story are due for a win. The teasers suggest that’s exactly what happens when Anna finally hits paydirt. Progress in the storyline. Gotta love it. Keep it going!
It seems like wannabe Congressman Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) is already learning to live life in the hot seat. Is this about his kiss with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen)? Does the fact that he’s fairly fresh out of prison already start to threaten him politically? Who’s he talking about when he tells Michael (Chad Duell) in a Monday sneak peek to “Just say the word, and she’s gone.” Are they talking about Nina?
Stop the presses. Willow seeks out Nina (Cynthia Watros) for her help and decides to confide in her biological mom. The question here is what she confides. Does she spill the tea on that kiss she shared with Drew? Does she name names? Or simply talk in general terms? Regardless, it’s wise to ask advice from a woman who’s made so many mistakes to draw wisdom from.
While we are happy that Jake (Hudson West) has been accepted into a prestigious art school in Barcelona, we’re sad, too. We love having Jake as part of the canvas, especially since his dad recently returned. Also, Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) is returning to Port Charles soon. Hopefully, Jake won’t be a stranger to Port Charles. In the meantime, Jason (Steve Burton) makes Jake an offer on Monday. What does he have planned?
Finally, Brennan (Charles Mesure) receives a mysterious visit. Is this in addition to Carly (Laura Wright), who pays another visit to her flirty jailhouse friend? Let’s hope this time, she doesn’t give away any secrets or confidential tidbits.
