General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, June 8, 2021, reveal inquiring minds, a discovery, an awkward moment, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a dramatic moment of this new episode.
Jax (Ingo Rademacher) backs Michael (Chad Duell) into a corner, blackmailing his former stepson over his life with Willow so that he can lure Nina back with visitation to Wiley. Jax this is a reasonable compromise — he’ll stay quiet about their affair. Michael wonders when Jax started thinking blackmail was a negotiating tactic.
As Michael fights to keep their union a secret, Chase (Josh Swickard) fights for his life, he tries to look well and alert to surprise Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), but he still looks like he’s suffering. Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Finn (Michael Easton) work together to solve Chase’s case. She points out the only hope he was ever going to have was Finn — Peter was never a long-term solution.
Curtis (Donnell Turner) is awake and happy to see Laura (Genie Francis), and she lets him know that she feels the same way — after all, he did save her life. Outside, Stella (Vernee Watson) talks to Portia (Brook Kerr) about her presence in Curtis’s life. She remembers her nephew mentioning her but she wants to hear it all now from the doctor herself.
Ava (Maura West) runs into Trina (Sydney Mikayla), who promises her mentor that she’s fine now that Curtis is awake and on the mend. Ava also talks with Laura at the hospital. Meanwhile, Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) tells someone on the phone to be on the lookout for a token of gratitude. What has he done now — and does that mean bad news for Shawn?
Speaking of Shawn (Sean Blakemore), he and Alexis make a discovery. Will her digging on behalf of Shawn end up causing her nephew a lot of trouble in the long run? After all, he’s the reason that Shawn has been stuck in Pentonville for a crime he didn’t commit.
In Nixon Falls, Smike (Maurice Benard) tells Nina (Cynthia Watros) that he makes her happy, which certainly turns Nina’s head. Could Jax selling his soul to get her back all be for nothing? Is he losing yet another woman to Sonny’s charms? Probably. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
