General Hospital spoilers for Friday, June 26, 2020 promise Jason and Sam’s special day in this blast from Jason and Sam’s past… September 22, 2011, to be exact. You won’t want to miss an emotional moment of this romantic classic episode.
Jason (Steve Burton) worries that Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) getting cold feet but she’ll let him know that has nothing to do with it; it’s the pressure she feels to come up with the perfect wedding. She’s not the type of woman who needs those kinds of things. After all, she’s perfectly happy with the lugnut ring that she has. Jason gets an idea.
Wanting to help, he takes her away to calm her nerves and they end up at the Noodle Budha. Despite it being closed, the owners let them inside and voila. Watch as everything falls into place for the two as they realize exactly what they want… and how they’re going to pull it off. It’s a wedding for the ages… and will suit them both perfectly.
Jason and Sam won’t be the only folks in Port Charles to have marriage on their mind. Lulu (Julie Marie Berman) will be shocked when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) gets down on one knee at the Metro Court to propose to her. Embarrassed, she’ll try to get him to stand back up but watch for Dante to get emotional as he goes for broke with the woman he loves.
But this won’t be a slam dunk for Dante, as Lulu needs to talk it over with her BFF. She’ll track down Maxie (Kirsten Storms), and shoo away poor Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), who was helping out Maxie with Jason and Sam wedding plans. Maxie will actually have some pretty good words of wisdom for her bestie. This will spin Lulu off to find the perfect way to respond to her beloved.
Dante will be seeking out advice, as well, from his partner. Not that he’ll come right out and ask Lucky (Jonathan Jackson) about that but instead says he’s there under the guise of discussing the drug ring investigation. It won’t take him long to bring things back to Lucky’s sister.
Speaking of the drug ring, Johnny Zacchara (Brandon Barash) wants his plan to plant drugs in Sonny’s warehouse to go off without a hitch. But have any of Johnny’s plans ever done that? General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
