General Hospital Spoilers (GH): The War Is ON For Avery!

General Hospital Spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, April 24 promise an emotional day in Port Charles. Now that Avery and Mike have been found, the troubles are just beginning.

Ava’s Not Playing
Ava (Maura West) truly believes she finally has the upper hand and will be ale to get Avery back after all these years.

While Mike (Max Gail) clearly had no criminal intent when he disappeared with the little girl, he still caused her to be in danger, although unwittingly.

To that end, Ava meets with Scott (Kin Shriner) to discuss her options. Griffin (Matt Cohen) will likely try to talk her out of throwing an old man with Alzheimer’s in jail, but Scott does believe they have a case for full custody.

Will Griffin like this new side of Ava he sees as it’s definitely a side he wasn’t counting on when he moved in with her?

Bad News?
Meanwhile, Sonny (Maurice Benard) wants to keep his daughter with him and his father out of jail.

He meets with Diane (Carolyn Hennesey) once again and spoilers reveal that she doesn’t have the best news. Does she realize Ava does have a case for custody despite Mike’s health problems?

A child in danger is a child in danger and a judge may not be able to look kindly on that when making a decision.

Nelle Takes Advantage
All the drama over Avery gives Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and opening and she is ready and willing to take it. She can look both kind and sympathetic with Michael (Chad Duell)and company and does just that.

She also has some words of advice for Ava. Leave it to Nelle to play both sides of the coin, which may end up getting her in more trouble than she bargained for.

Carly’s Plight
Thanks to Nelle, Carly (Laura Wright) is stuck spending the day with Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) as she explains to him everything she told Griffin about what’s been going on the last few months.

Will he believe it’s all in her head like everyone else? (Well, Jason doesn’t seem to think it’s in her head, but he’s a little busy in Switzerland.)

A Break From The Drama?
As all this goes on, it looks like there might be a little romance on the horizon as well when Curtis (Donnell Turner) surprises Jordan (Vinessa Antoine). And, Jordan surprises Curtis right back.
