General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Monday, November 13 promise a day of shock and awe all around as Sam may have to go with fact or go with instincts. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.

BROTHERS!
While twin DNA is not 100% the same, it certainly is close enough that a DNA test would say two men are the same man. After spending so much time with Original Jason (Steve Burton), Sam (Kelly Monaco) likely knows he’s the man she married back in 2011.

But, Monica (Leslie Charleson) knows something too and may hold the key to what’s really going on. Of course, so might Scott (Kin Shriner).

And he demands that Franco (Roger Howarth) tell him which twin is which. Franco did say to himself there are two Jasons when he read Andre’s paper, so this might be really hard to explain.

Spoilers also reveal that Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is interrupted on Monday.

Is she also trying to put two and two together about that birth certificate and get two Jasons?

Naughty Nelle
Out of Jason land, Nelle (Chloe Lanier) is still up to her own manipulative ways after overhearing a private conversation and trying to cover her tracks with Michael (Chad Duell).

It looks like Michael suspects she’s lying again, which is nothing new.
