General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, August 2nd promise a day of mystery, suspicions, and ultimate heartache. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
She’s Still Not Done
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) turned on the waterworks and watched Michael’s (Chad Duell) life crumble around him as she grieved the loss of his child. She didn’t care how he felt, as long as she got what she wanted… and nothing changes tomorrow.
She pleads with Kim (Tamara Braun) not to release her from the hospital because she knows when that happens, she’ll end up behind bars for a litany of crimes.
However, she still hasn’t confessed to her fall down the steps being an accident… or to truly having a baby blanket.
That means Carly (Laura Wright) is still in trouble, and Ava (Maura West) has something to hide.
Figuring Out Ferncliff
To that end, Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) pay an undercover visit to Ferncliff, confronting Nurse Mary (Pat) Ingalls about attempting to give Carly electroshock therapy. It’s 2018, not 1918, so that’s clearly illegal.
Jason does promise Carly that she will never go back there – despite Josslyn’s doubts – and he has to stay true to his word.

Blanket Bonanza
And OF COURSE, Griffin (Matt Cohen) arrives shirtless, because all ex-priests take their daily runs on docks while half-dressed.
He wants to know what’s going on, and will likely buy whatever Ava has to sell.
Spoilers also reveal that Ava makes a call. Does she realize she just may need some help from Scott?
Calling Liesl Obrecht
Meanwhile, Nelle’s story isn’t washing with everyone, and Lulu just may be gaining reporter instincts after all.
As Michael blames himself for what happened, Lulu (Emme Rylan) asks Chase (Josh Swickard) if perhaps Nelle had some help out there on that road…
