General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, November 10 promise an emotional day in Port Charles as life changes seem to affect everyone. Get ready for a heart-tugging episode.

An Emotional Reunion
Seeing the Jason (Steve Burton) she knew for years at her front door–THEIR front door–is a stunner for Sam (Kelly Monaco). But tomorrow, the pair come face to face not in a hospital room and sans interruptions for what may only be a few minutes, but could feel like so much more.

Spoilers reveal that Original Jason cuts his losses after telling Sam the most important thing is that she’s happy and has two children.

If he is the man he claims to be, he’s known since he met her that all Sam ever wanted was to be a mother and now her dreams have come true.

Does that mean he’s willing to give her up although that was the life he was supposed to have with her before he disappeared? (Minus the media company, and with the mob danger.)

He Needs An Identity
Meanwhile, Monica (Leslie Charleson) finds Bouncy Jason (Billy Miller) at the Quartermaine crypt as he suffers through an identity crisis, which should be quite common for him at this point.

Good Deeds Pay Off?
Ava (Maura West) must be pretty happy she helped Original Jason out because now she has Dr. Klein’s formula to finish fixing her face. Kiki (Hayley Erin) takes that formula to Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) — can we assume he’s a master plastic surgeon?

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) also has news for Ava and that’s news about Julian. She tells her what happened at the prison, suspects it’s a mob job, and asks for Ava’s help.
