General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, January 16 reveal a day of desperation and confrontations in an emotionally-charged hour you won’t want to miss.

Answers Are Never Easy
Jason (Steve Burton) is about to lose his mind now that he’s lost everything else because he chose to give up everything else. Every time he has a lead, it seems to go nowhere and it feels like they’re back at square one.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) promises him that they’ll use Faison’s “other” son to snuff the deranged man out, but of course, that involves figuring out who that other son is.

Might he have been comforting Lulu (Emme Rylan) during Monday’s show? One never knows, but there seems to be something going on with Peter August (Wes Ramsey).

Too Young? MUCH Too Young?
While Sonny deals with Jason, Carly (Laura Wright) has to deal with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and her crazy idea to have sex at her age.

Spoilers reveal Josslyn gets the support she needs. Does that mean Carly talked her out of making a mistake?

Kim (Tamara Braun) also has the same talk with Oscar (Garren Stitt), but Drew (Billy Miller) is apparently put in an uncomfortable situation. Does Kim ask him to explain the birds and the bees to a son he barely knows–which can be uncomfortable for the both of them?

Another Corinthos kid sure knows enough about the birds and the bees now that Michael (Chad Duell) is allegedly about to become a father.

While he seeks out answers from Nelle (Chloe Lanier), she invites him to an event next Monday and we have a feeling it’s a friendly little sonogram to meet his alleged baby.

Be Careful What You Wish For
Ava (Maura West) has been there for Nelle, but she is always there for herself first and can’t wait for her upcoming surgery this week. She thinks it will solve all her problems and tells Kiki (Hayley Erin) just this.

But, her problems may be just beginning…
