General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Wednesday, February 28 promise a nightmare of a day for Franco, while Elizabeth thinks all her dreams are about to come true. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.

Dreams To Nightmares…
Franco (Roger Howarth) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) have been waiting for their wedding day with Elizabeth oblivious to what’s really going on in her fiance’s busy head.

And, that head is about to get busier tomorrow when he has yet another nightmare about his childhood. He begs Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) to tell him everything is going to be ok, but that’s not Kevin’s job.

What horror does he believe he committed way back when as a child this time? Is Drew (Billy Miller) trying to tell him something in his dreams? And will this message leave Elizabeth broken hearted again?

One Year Old!
Speaking of Drew, the grown up version has something to celebrate–the birth of his daughter.

It’s been a year since Sam (Kelly Monaco) gave birth with her pants still on at the bottom of a snowy bridge, but it looks like her first birthday goes better than her actual birth. Happy birthday, Emily Scout!

Julian’s New Love Life
Meanwhile, Scout’s grandfather has an interesting time with Drew’s ex as Kim (Tamara Braun) becomes more intrigued by Julian and she thinks he’s a great guy.

Mike’s Condition
The Corinthos clan has more heartache from Mike (Max Gail) as he asks for Morgan (Bryan Craig), not remembering that he’s dead. Michael (Chad Duell) is shocked by his condition, while Carly (Laura Wright) is forced to tell Rita what’s really going on.

Mike also needs those charges dropped and Sonny (Maurice Benard) visits Ava (Maura West) to make that happen.

However, Ava being Ava, she wants something in return and our gut feeling is that something has to do with a little girl named Avery.
