A Father To His Son?
It’s Jakes birthday and a day Jason (Steve Burton) will never forget as he helped bring the boy into the world, but at the time never claimed him as his son.
When he disappeared from Port Charles in 2012, he thought Jake (Hudson West) was dead and couldn’t believe he saw the boy’s face when he returned.
Since then, Danny (TK Weaver) has embraced him, but Jake has been more cold and less adjusted to the idea of a new man as his father and another as his uncle.
But, Jason tries to rectify all that on Monday when he makes up for lost time and spends Jake’s special day with him. Will he ever learn to call Jason dad?
A Mother To Her Daughter?
Meanwhile, the woman who helped get Jason back to town is making up for lost time with her own child as Avery now lives with her half the time.
Of course, Griffin (Matt Cohen) lives with her too and is still having a hard time with how Ava (Maura West) got Avery.

Carly (Laura Wright) does her best to be a good mother to Michael (Chad Duell)–and grandmother to the impending new baby, but she can’t help herself at Nelle’s (Chloe Lanier) baby shower and decides to produce a fitting tribute for the mother-to-be.
Confronting The Past
Franco (Roger Howarth) tries to deal with his past on Monday by meeting with one of Jim Harvey’s other victims, but things do not go as planned as the man doubts what Franco has to say.
The Fallout
Speaking of Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan), now that the dust has settled, Ned (Wally Kurth) and Charles Street need to recover. Ned has doubts about remaining mayor while Stella (Vernee Watson) is ready to go to court and sue.
