General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, June 18 promise a day of mystery and suspense in Port Charles… and maybe even a little bit of happiness, too. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.

The Past Has A Way Of Catching Up With You
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) may have gotten what she wanted for now. Carly (Laura Wright) is locked away, suffering, and out of her life. (Or so she thinks.)

Of course, with that comes a whole new set of trouble for the girl who can’t seem to do anything but cause it. Her old flame Chase (Josh Swickard) is in town and he knows what she did back in Florida.

While he could never prove it – and got in trouble to boot for falling for Nelle’s tricks – he knows there’s something up with her latest calamity and Nelle just might be following a pattern.

Chase gets on the phone with some people as he looks through Nelle’s file and says a cold case just got hot again. Could this be what does Nelle in?

Survivor: Ferncliff
Meanwhile, Carly seems to be out of her drug-induced state at Ferncliff and we can guess that’s because of Kevin (Jon Lindstrom).

However, Nurse Ratched (well, we like to call her that) notices Carly seems a bit bouncier.

Sessions With Kevin
Back at GH, Franco (Roger Howarth) and Kevin play catch up, but is it under friendly or professional circumstances?

Kevin says he wants to give Franco a gift, which could mean just about anything.

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) also tells Franco she wants to keep their wedding simple, but Scott (Kin Shriner) doesn’t seem on board and asks Liz where her sense of adventure is.

And, speaking of therapy, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) tells Sam (Kelly Monaco) about her sessions with Kevin and Sam is impressed that her mother is finally facing her lifelong problems with men.
