General Hospital spoilers promise a week where it seems everything comes together, just to leave us with more questions than ever at the end. A fire, a showdown, and a story turned upside down highlight this end to February sweeps.

It looks like Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) almost needs to be caught because that’s the type of sociopathic killer he is. Of course, he ‘loves’ Ava and can’t risk losing her. That doesn’t mean Franco (Roger Howarth) doesn’t find him out…and when he does…

Of course, we also have Sam (Kelly Monaco) continuing her charade with Shiloh, much to a blind Jason’s chagrin. It also looks like Sonny is about to find Dante and bring him home to Lulu, the wife who might be doubting her hypnosis memories.

And then, the end of the week has it all. Just wait till the end on Friday and you won’t believe your eyes.
