General Hospital spoilers reveal surprise encounters, sneaking suspicions, plans revealed, and so much more. You won’t want to miss a moment of this dramatic new episode.
Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) thought she was finished with her parents after she left California, but then Jeff (William Moses) arrived for a few days to try to make amends, and now Carolyn (Denise Crosby) is in town to surprise Elizabeth. None of this bodes well for her complicated life.
She just had to tell Violet (Jophielle Love) that she was not getting back together with Finn, and now she has to deal with her mother. On top of that, she still is hiding a major secret with Nikolas (Marcus Coloma), but it looks as if he might not be as saddened as Elizabeth that Carolyn is there. Perhaps Liz should watch what she says around her friend.
As for Nikolas, he still wants Esme’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) baby and asks Laura (Genie Francis) to support him in that quest. Laura does not think this is a good idea at all, but she hasn’t heard Spencer’s (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) idea yet.

Sonny (Maurice Benard) has enough on his own mind with his Carly (Laura Wright), Willow, and Nina (Cynthia Watros) problems, but he also took in his nephew and wants to be a father figure for him. To that end, he is absolutely stunned when Spencer presents him with a big surprise.
Does he tell him that he wants to go for custody of Esme’s baby? Sonny might warn him that is not a good idea considering what happened when Michael got custody of little Avery on the grounds that he was a better parent than his father and Ava (Maura West). He even named her AJ Quartermaine but gave her back to Sonny within a year.
Heather (Alley Mills) can’t very well try to go out killing again now that she knows her beloved Esme is right there in Spring Ridge with her. This is a chance for her to finally get to know her daughter.
Therefore, she has to make sure that she can stay in Spring Ridge, and that is dependent on getting information from Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) about The Hook. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is growing impatient with her progress and sets a deadline for her, but will Heather be able to meet it? How will she buy more time when she believes a distraught and pregnant Esme needs her so much?
Speaking of The Hook, the first victim, Ava, recognizes Austin’s (Roger Howarth) cousin Mason (Nathayael Grey) from the night she was stabbed, and Austin feels he has to cover for himself immediately.
And finally, we have Josslyn (Eden McCoy), the young woman who didn’t tell her boyfriend she is breaking up with him due to another man. Well, now Cameron (William Lipton) knows, so how will she explain herself?
