General Hospital spoilers for Wednesday, September 18, 2019, reveal a day of confrontations, deep suspicions, and bad decisions throughout Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

Broken Friz Fam

He doesn’t look like Drew (Billy Miller) nor does he sound like Drew. And genetically, he is not Drew. But that sure didn’t stop Kim (Tamara Braun) from sleeping with him, acknowledging Franco’s (Roger Howarth), not Drew, yet calling him such as she gets ready to sleep with him again.

What she’s not prepared for is Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) at her door. She wants to talk to her (former?) friend and find her husband, but she’s not prepared for what’s going on inside that apartment. Kim just tries telling Liz it’s not a good time, but does Dranco make an appearance?

After all, he doesn’t seem to have too many qualms with hurting Elizabeth, no matter what he claims. And, if Dranco does come to the door, should Kim run for her life? (Or maybe seek some psychiatric help.)

Poor Cameron (Will Lipton) is still beside himself after what happened. He blames himself but also rightfully feels sorry for himself. He finally had the family he always wanted and now it’s goe. At least Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is there to comfort her friend.

Maxie And Lulu’s Problems

General Hospital spoilers tease Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) making a reappearance on the scene, but at least he’s still in jail — for now. He does place a cryptic phone call with what he calls important information.

Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) remain perplexed about a message and are determined to get to the bottom of it, while Peter (Wes Ramsey) speaks with a strange man in the dock and says claims something is too risky.

Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) night on The Haunted Star is over and Maxie (Kirsten Storms) wants to know everything that happened with her and Dustin. As for Dustin (Mark Dawson), he wants another date with Lulu as soon as possible. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
