Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is incensed. She thought when she had Julian (William deVry) threaten her manager that he would simply rip up her recording contract and she would finally be free to make her own music her way. She never expected the slimeball to offer her contract in trade — for the shares she has in her family’s company!
Disgusted but still in need of advice, Brook Lynn talks with stepmom Olivia (Lisa LoCicero), who presents a reminder of what could be. She also asks Brook Lynn if there’s an actual offer on the table. But does Olivia really know what’s at stake or is Brook Lynn only telling her bits and pieces of what she’s going through?
