General Hospital Spoilers: Dilemmas And Decisions Change Everything

General Hospital spoilers for October 15-19 promise a week of revelations and life-changing decisions that could change Port Charles forever.

What’s A Drew To Do?
Drew (Billy Miller) might have said no to Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson), but that doesn’t mean he’s not thinking about that flash drive full of memories that can make him a complete Drew Cain again.

It’s a tempting offer and Drew has a big dilemma on his hands. Of course, he can try and find the flash drive with the help of Curtis (Donnell Turner), but somehow Drew isn’t thinking that far.

Instead, he is thinking about the prospect of betraying Sonny (Maurice Benard) and other people he cares about. He even goes to see Sonny to help him figure this out.

And, now Sonny now has to face the realization that the past two decades of crimes are in someone else’s head who doesn’t wan them in his head. He tries putting things in perspective but sees the jig might finally be up.

By week’s end, Drew makes a final decision and Margaux might end up being a very happy lady.

Nelle’s Slip-Up
While Drew is mulling over this decision, Michael (Chad Duell) and Carly (Laura Wright) are shocked at the courthouse when Nelle (Chloe Lanier) seems to know all about Wiley.

Of course, she and Brad (Parry Shen) quickly cover for her slip up and this baby switch story then seems never ending.

Sam is surprised when Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) shows up at her door and the two women argue, and later in the week Elizabeth and Franco (Roger Howarth) mull over their problems.

Spoilers say that Jason (Steve Burton) seeks Monica’s (Leslie Charleson) help next week. Could this have to do with his relationship with Danny (TK Weaver)?

Ava And Kiki
Ava (Maura West) finds a new drinking buddy next week and we’re inclined to think that drinking buddy is Ryan (John Lindstrom).

He’s become quite taken by Ms. Jerome and she has no clue how dangerous this really is. For her and for Kiki.

Meanwhile, Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Griffin (Matt Cohen) continue growing closer and take a very big step in their blossoming relationship.

Poor Oscar And Joss
Oscar (Garren Stitt) continues to blow off a broken-hearted Josslyn (Eden McCoy) as he deals with his own problems — and they are some pretty big problems for a kid.

Spoilers reveal that Cameron (Will Lipton) can’t help himself. Does he tell Joss the truth or make another move on her?

Nina’s Plight
Nina’s (Michelle Stafford) quest to get to know this alleged daughter isn’t going very well, but next week she gets an idea that might help. However, her idea is met with a surprise reaction.

Odds And Ends
In other Port Charles news, Lulu (Emme Rylan) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) continue arguing via phone, Peter (Wes Ramsey) gets a second chance, and TJ (Tequan Richmond) calls out Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson).
