General Hospital Spoilers: Creepy, Gruesome… And Real?

General Hospital spoilers for Friday, November 2 reveal a day of horrific discoveries throughout Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

Strange Sightings
With Cameron (Will Lipton) finding Mary Pat’s (Patricia Bethune) name badge and Carly (Laura Wright) seeing her head floating in a barrel of apples, it would seem Mary Pat is really, most sincerely dead.

But how did her head get in a barrel and why do Laura (Genie Francis) and Carly (and everyone else) not seem as freaked as they should?

We know that Carly seems to have a nightmare in bed and spoilers say she struggles with the damage done to her at Ferncliff. Does that mean she conjured up Mary Pat’s head?

Apparently, someone is questioning Mary Pat’s whereabouts, but it could only be because Cam found that ID.

Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) tells someone he was with Mary Pat, but they also think he’s Kevin and that they worked together so all must be kosher.

Laura wonders how anyone could do such a heinous act, but perhaps she means things Mary Pat did to Carly.

Either way, it looks like some more horrific discoveries are in store. Spoilers reveal that Chase (Josh Swickard) makes a gruesome discovery tomorrow. Could it be the actual Mary Pat’s body?

Ava (Maura West) also sees something that freaks her out in her gallery, but maybe Scotty’s (Kin Shriner) just hiding since spoilers say he’s with Ava and wants to help her. Ava also defends her worst decisions.

What Did He Do Now?
Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) thought he almost had everything he wanted when Nina (Michelle Stafford) was stuck on Spoon Island and kissed him. She admitted she still loves him, but was not ready to be hurt again.

However, Valentin refuses to give up, but things might start going south for him. Teasers say that Valentin is cautioned tomorrow, but by whom? Spencer? (Could be.)

We do know that Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) has just about had it with Ava and tells Nina, who promises her she’ll take care of the woman.
