General Hospital spoilers for November 19 reveal a day of sinful machinations and tender conversations in Port Charles.

Ava still wants to get back at Kiki… but she also wants to keep her hands clean. You’re not going to want to miss a moment of this dramatic episode!

Ava (Maura West) is still determined to set Kiki (Hayley Erin) up to learn what it feels like like to be cheated on by Griffin (Matt Cohen), except Ava doesn’t want to get directly involved.

Well, the best way to do that is to find another person to be the one to point Kiki in the right direction. But who would be the right person to help Ava do that? Bingo — who better than Franco (Roger Howarth)?

In order to do just that, Ava manipulates Franco into doing her dirty work. But will her plan really work or will Franco find a way to mess it up?

We Are Family
Monica (Leslie Charleson) is thrilled to have a grandson, and considering all she has lost over the last several years, she’s not about to let him go without a fight.

She spends the day with Oscar (Garren Stitt) and tells him about all she went through, but will she be able to convince him he needs to do the trial treatment?

At Odds
Here’s hoping that Monica can work a miracle because Oscar’s parents are at a loss and it looks like working together to help him may be taking its toll.
