General Hospital spoilers for November 10, 2023, reveal a slew of potential heartbreaking, heart-aching, and heart-lifting moments. You won’t want to miss this brand-new episode.
General Hospital Spoilers Highlights
Anna’s (Finola Hughes) heartbreak is palpable. She’s strong, but accidentally shooting her significant other’s 15-year-old daughter is enough to break anyone. Guilt is consuming her and others are blaming her, too.
There’s no need to worry about Anna, however. She remains forever a warrior, which doesn’t mean anything good for Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). After Anna experiences a massive blindside — presumably discovering Valentin’s knowledge of Charlotte’s (Scarlett Fernandez) extracurricular (and criminal) shenanigans — she’s looking to break something…like his face.
Ned’s Back!
In happier news (for the Quartermaines, anyway), Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) seems to be gone. The rocker’s determination to finish writing his siren song led to his second underwater nightmare in months. The impromptu swim quickly turned into a fight for his life. It’s all okay, though, since it appears that Ned’s memories have finally returned, giving Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) a million reasons to celebrate.

We’re all noticing the slow-burn relationship-building going on between Kristina (Kate Mansi) and Blaze (Jacqueline Grace Lopez), right? The two grow closer each time we see them, so it’s only natural for the singer to meet Kristina’s mom. Will Blaze and Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) conversation be meet-cute or melodramatic? We’re betting on drama with a capital D.
Words with Friends… and Enemies?
Elizabeth Webber’s (Rebecca Herbst) life is mostly in a good place, with an emphasis on mostly. The mom of three decides to vent to Laura (Genie Francis). Could it have something to do with Finn or her kids? Sweet Jake’s (Hudson West) going through a traumatic time because Anna shot Charlotte. Laura’s sage advice better be good.
According to teasers, Trina (Tabyana Ali) doesn’t mince words. Does this mean she’s talking to friend or foe? Honestly, it could be her mom. Portia (Brook Kerr) is always in meddling mode when it comes to her daughter. Here’s to hoping the object of Trina’s blunt and brutal words is Esme (Avery Pohl). Or will she hand over a dose of reality to Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez)?
