General Hospital spoilers for Tuesday, November 12, 2019, reveal a day of intrigue and dangerous confrontations in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this exciting episode.

General Hospital Spoilers Highlights

Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) thought everything was going her way, what with having Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) exactly where she wanted him, thanks to her pint-sized hostage Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez).
